Humility

In our desire to be relevant, let us beware of not in any way lowering our view of who God is! Jesus in teaching often used life circumstances from His culture in order to make Kingdom principles clear. But NEVER did He lower the position of God the Father in His teaching! The position of God as an exalted, holy, all-powerful, loving, Father was at the core of Jesus’ teachings! And it should be at the core of the teaching of His disciples as well!

“Our Father, who art in heaven, HALLOWED be Thy name…”

He is above, We are beneath! He is Holy, we are in need of His holiness! Humility is the direct result of a fresh vision of God!
